• Pneumatic braking has low braking force, poor pressure retention, easy to loosen, easy to cause angular displacement of the index plate, insufficient processing accuracy, machine crashes and other problems
• Hydraulic brakes have high braking force and good pressure retention, but are large in size, high in cost, difficult to install, noisy and consume a lot of energy
• The supercharger has moderate braking force, small size, moderate cost, easy installation, low noise and low energy consumption. However, it is driven by air pressure and it is difficult to maintain pressure
• A hydraulic one-way check valve is added to the hydraulic pipeline to perform a one-way pressure maintaining function. When the pressure is insufficient, it can also self-compensate to prevent pressure drop
• If the air source is too low or turned off, the hydraulic pipeline can still maintain the set pressure to achieve complete braking to prevent the four-axis/five-axis machinery from loosening and causing the structure or workpiece to fall and crash.
